PLEASE NOTE: It is vital that you fill out the declaration form, using the button on this page. On this form you will state your major and declare whether you plan to take the online or in-class track.  This helps you plan your course of study for future semesters. Remember, some courses in the program are only offered online, not in–class, so even if you choose that track, you will still need to take a few courses online.
