Or go to www.kcma.edu and click on ‘Resources’.

Username:  Your Student ID e.g. KC012345
Password: Last 5 of Student ID + Last 4 of SSN e.g. 123459876

At the Top
Change Term – From Fall to Winter to Summer.
Edit Profile - Update your contact information.
Change Password – Don’t make it too easy. 
Student Directory – View student contact information.

Course Management
If your professor has chosen to put course information in the portal, you can access it through these links.

Administrative Services
Academic – See your schedule and transcript.

Course Offering – View courses offered that semester.  Filter by day, department or division.

Degree Audit – See your degree information and find out what courses you still need to take in order to graduate.

Unofficial Registration – Register for your courses.

My Ledger – See your charges.  Pay your bill with a credit card.

My Financial Aid – See your financial aid awards.

My Grades – Mid-term and Finals.  Hope you got all A’s!
