Your email account is created at the same time as your network account.  Your e-mail address is your first initial, middle initial and last name@email.kcma.edu.  For example, if your name is Jane Emily Smith, then your e-mail address will be jesmith@email.kcma.edu.

Occasionally, someone with similar initials to yours will have received that e-mail address first.  In that case, your e-mail address will have a number attached to it i.e. jesmith2@email.kcma.edu.

To find your e-mail address, login to the Student Portal (see below) and click “Edit Profile” under your name. You can access your e-mail on- or off-campus by going to http://email.kcma.edu. Enter your email address and network password to login.
