ADVANCED IMAGING CERTIFICATE IN CARDIOVASCULAR INTERVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGY (CIT)
Admission Requirements

Applicants to the advanced imaging programs must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission:
- Provide evidence of graduation with at least a 2.30 GPA from a radiologic sciences program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
- Provide evidence of ARRT certification or examination eligibility in radiography, nuclear medicine technology, or radiation therapy.
- Request and pay to have a criminal background check performed by a College-approved service no more than six months prior to beginning the clinical experience. Please contact the admissions office for approved service contact information. Commencement of the clinical portion of the program is contingent upon successful clearance of the background check.
Note: It is recommended that all students entering radiologic sciences and imaging programs have computer skills that enable them to use Windows, word processing and spreadsheet operations. Please refer to specific course descriptions for more details. |
