Admission Requirements

Lend a hand, save a life

Applicants to the baccalaureate program in advanced imaging must meet the following criteria for admission:

  1. Meet all admission requirements for Kettering College of Medical Arts.
  2. Provide evidence of graduation with at least a 2.30 GPA from a radiologic sciences program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
  3. Provide evidence of ARRT certification or examination eligibility in radiography, nuclear medicine technology, or radiation therapy.
  4. Request and pay to have a criminal background check performed by a College-approved service no more than six months prior to beginning the clinical experience.

Note: It is recommended that all students entering radiologic sciences and imaging programs have computer skills that will enable them to use word-processing and/or Windows and spreadsheet operations. Please refer to specific course descriptions for more details.
