PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PROGRAM
Applying to the PA Program
Have time to know your patients, not just their diagnosis
The physician assistant program at Kettering College of Medical Arts is a master’s degree program, designed for students who already have obtained a bachelor’s degree in any basic science or any health care-related field and who have completed the appropriate prerequisite courses.
For those who do not possess an appropriate undergraduate degree, Kettering College offers potential physician assistant students the option of pursuing an accelerated track in the Bachelor of Science in human biology program. If you plan to complete your undergraduate degree or prerequisite courses at Kettering College, please visit the Admissions section for more information on the application process.
If you already have the appropriate undergraduate degree AND the prerequisite courses,
then you must apply through the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA). Applications must be received by CASPA no later than Oct. 1 of the year prior to starting the program.
